Emiliano truly embodies the 7 values and is a great example of what 7 Brew Culture looks like. He is always quick to step in wherever he’s needed without ever having to be asked. He is a helping friend to all of our baristas and is always ready to support his team. That is one of the biggest reasons I chose him to take on Hudson Bridge.
Even when he became a Baller, he took on the Motley “CREW” value and exemplified it in every way. He helped uplift a brand-new team, trained from the ground up, and created a culture that people wanted to be a part of. He respects his peers, is always open to feedback, and brings a level of energy that naturally boosts team morale.
Emiliano celebrates the big wins and the small ones. Whether it’s hitting his numbers, making it through a crazy rush with his team, or seeing someone else succeed, he takes the time to recognize it. He’s never afraid to take on a new challenge. Instead of being intimidated by something new, he immediately starts thinking about how he can create a plan and make it happen.
I’ll never forget how Emiliano has celebrated every step of his journey. When he first got his interview, he was genuinely grateful and reached out to express how excited he was for the opportunity. Then, after training and proving himself, he was promoted to Shift Lead. Again, he expressed how grateful he was and how hard he planned to continue working. Now, he has taken on a stand of his own, continues to uphold the culture and values, and is still just as hungry to keep learning, growing, and moving up.
Emiliano has so much potential, and I truly believe this is only the beginning for him. I’m incredibly proud of how far he has come and can’t wait to see where he takes it next.
